I am Sophia Gegner Burns, a Yoga Medicine trained and registered yoga teacher based in Dénia, Alicante, who loves to connect people from different parts of the world as I teach in English, Spanish and German. In my classes I connect different yoga styles and practices (Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, myofascial release, breath techniques and meditation) to attain the maximum benefit for my clients - stretching, strengthening and relaxation.
